Employee and Machine Safety

Detect employees separately from moving AGVs, transfer cars and equipment.  Alert the area with visual and audio indicators.  Record the instance with before and after footage so that you can improve your safety protocol.

You don't always have eyes on a process, but we can!  When a machine has a fault, safety driven E-stop or other specific happening, we are able to record what happen before and after the event occurs.

We give your maintenance staff and operators the ability to manually initiate a recording on demand. Did your maintenance person fix a problem? Our system allows the technician to record what was fixed and add audio commentary.

Extensive is an understatement for this library.  We have an easy to navigate library that sorts by machine, or any metric currently used in your plant.  Catalogue preventative maintenance task, automation problems, quality control issues and other how-to videos. 

What good is data if it's not utilized?  Wouldn't it be nice if your third shift maintenance technician could see what was done to identify and fix a problem that happened a week ago on first shift?

Our system is also able to span across different plants to group like machines together and push technical notes to all of your manufacturing locations!
